It's Time to Enter In

Then Jesus said to them again, “Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. All who ever came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.
John 10:7-9
DISCUSSION:
I had an encounter where Jesus came to me and stood at the foot of my bed, and He said, “ I am the door. You don’t go anywhere on this earth unless it is through Me.” He was a little upset with me because I had accepted an invitation to a church, but I had not prayed before taking it. He walked off a bit perturbed with me. Here in John 10, Jesus is saying that He is the door. The door is open and ready for you to enter, but you are entering into Jesus as His guest when you enter. You are going to do what He wants to do. You’re going to eat what He wants to eat and do what His desire is for the day because you are His guest.
* Everywhere we go from now on, we go through Jesus, and He gives us permission. We cannot do just anything we want. We need to enter in.
* Faith is not an experiment. It is born of the heart. It is not something you guess at, but it is the substance of things you are hoping for and the evidence of things not seen.
* You are not just shooting in the air and hoping that something happens with your prayers. That is not how it’s done.
* He is the door. He’s the only door, and you enter through Him. He said everybody else that didn’t enter through that gate is a trespasser, a thief.
* Whoever enters through Him will be saved and find pasture and provision, and all the sustenance you need to live.
* You are safe because you’re inside a pasture that Jesus is over. You're going to have green grass. You're going to have water; you're going to have safety, and you're going to have boundaries. God is watching over you, so you don’t have to be looking out.
FIVE-FOLD MINISTRY OF THE CHURCH
Psalm 23:1-6: “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.”
Jesus provided the five-fold ministry of the church. He gave the executive branch of God's government through these five; the apostle, the prophet, the pastor, the teacher, the evangelist, and the teacher. All of these people, the five-fold are to build up the body of Christ and bring us into unity until we reach maturity. That is when Jesus will come back for His bride. It is the job of the five-fold to build up the body. It’s the believer's job, under the fivefold, to do the miracles, signs, and wonders, to go out and witness and heal the sick, raise the dead, cast out devils, and do the Ministry of Jesus.

We need good pastors to watch over us. We need to be under the Head Shepherd, the Good Shepherd, but then we need pastors to lead us into the place where we can eat and drink. It is so simple to say yes and enter in, and when you do, you are saying, “I want to be in You, and I want You in me. I want to be free.” In Hebrews 3:19, it talks about how they did not enter in because of unbelief. It comes down to belief. You have to come to the point that you believe He is the Good Shepherd. God is done with His sheep being led to pastures without green grass and still waters. It belongs to you, so enter in.
Stay filled and overflowing and close to God so that you lead people to the right pasture. Remember who Jesus is. He always offended the religious spirit. He was cutting edge. The religious spirit chokes people and makes them feel like they’re not good enough. They are dependent on the five-fold ministry to lead and feed them rather than equipping people to stand against evil spirits or know how to receive from God and understand angels' agenda. We’re not being taught in church from our leaders these practical things to equip us. People seek fresh bread and water because they’re hungry and thirsty and want the truth of God. Jesus came to seek and save those who are lost.
Jesus’ day's religious leaders did not feel they were lost, so Jesus wasn’t seeking them. The religious spirit has a form of godliness, but it denies the power of it, and it binds people (see 2 Timothy 3:5). Jesus sent me back from when I died to take the ropes off of people, break the chains off of people, and the power of the devil off of them. The Word of God and prayer can overthrow any situation, and you will have a revelation and be able to see and enter the door set before you. When you get in through the door, close it behind you. Jesus is the door, and there is no other way to the Father except through Him.

1. He is the door for the sheep, and you are the sheep.
2. Thieves and robbers came in another way, and the sheep didn’t listen to them.
3. If you enter in through Him, you're going to be saved and have pasture.
4. Now that you have this pasture, what do you have all your provision in, both spiritually and physically?
5. What is God’s plan now that He’s provided you a safe place to eat and drink? Pray for your community about what you can do to provide outreach to the people. Pray and bind the devil in the community where you live.
PRAYER
Father, in the name of Jesus, thank You for all my friends all over the world and all the Warrior Churches as we lift our holy hands to You, and we dedicate our lives to You. We know that You have provided Jesus Christ as the door, and we accept Him as the only way to Heaven and the only way to the Father. Father, we thank You for Jesus, and we walk through Him right now, and we settle in our hearts, most assuredly that He is the way. We thank You, Father, for that. And now that we are saved, we also ask that with this pasture that You provide for us, that we would know the boundaries and understand the plans and the purposes You have for us. Thank You for opening our eyes, and thank You for causing us to triumph over our enemies. We thank You in the name of Jesus.
